Pine Forest and Beach Maternity Portraits - Joshua & Jenifer

I had so much fun today that I almost forgot I was there for work!

Today was such an adventure! We were to shoot at a location that was pretty far from where we live and so my sweet clients picked me up. When I was waiting for them, what started as a drizzle, turned into rain. I was praying and I was very confident that God would give us that which was only good for us (spoiler alert" He did! Duh, as if there was even a doubt!)

I eventually did meet my clients and had the most fun roadtrip ever (I know two hours doesn't exactly qualify but we're calling it a roadtrip okay?) There were snacks and we were all singing along to the music, totally getting excited at a beautiful bird we saw on the way and joking about random topics. I had so much fun today that I almost forgot I was there for work!

The location revealed how amazing Joshua and Jenifer were! Goodness these two, especially Jenifer are absolute champs! Reaching the location involved hiking and trekking. We had to hike our way over a rock path with jagged huge rocks and then trek our way up to the spot where the trees were (this was at least 4 feet off the ground) and Jenifer and Joshua made it with a huge smile on their faces!

Praise God for the rain and the beautiful weather because it was the EXACT lighting scenario we needed. It was the most favourable and couldn't have been more perfect. God provided so much for us! From giving us the location all to ourselves to making everything absolutely perfect, praise God for His provision!

The shoot was so calm and sweet. Joshua and Jenifer trusted me with absolutely everything and working with them was such a breeze! These two are just so sweet with each other and getting to spend time with them was my favourite part of the day. They even treated me to dinner and dropped me home! Just the best
