First Birthday - Natanya Leah

This was a full circle moment! From the milestone of being pregnant with Callum to Leah's first birthday, I've had the honor of photographing so many milestones for this family and this evening was a beautiful way to complete the circle.

It was a very intimate birthday celebration and because everyone there was very special and very close to the family, it filled the air with so much joy and love that wouldn't have been there otherwise. I've always known that Debbie and Jaff were very soft and sweet, and today I saw how gracious and kind they can be.

Debbie testified to how much God cares and one of the things she mentioned was how God cares about the details that matter to us and how He answers prayers in the best possible ways! She also testified to how the Lord can reverse what the reports say and how the Lord always makes a way.

Everyone there blessed Natanya and held her close. There was so much fun and laughter that the atmosphere was just so friendly. It was such a beautiful evening and reminded me of the privilege I have - to go home after work with such a full heart!

Debbie even treated me to gifts! Isn't that very kind? She had written the sweetest note for me and it was just precious.
