First Birthday Celebration - Thea Valentina
When I started this business, I had no idea that it would bring back people from my school and college days, people who I never thought I would see again, back into my life but every time I get to serve a family I already know it is such a pleasure!
Mercila (the birthday baby's mum) was my junior in school. Her cousins also studied in the same school and her oldest cousin was actually classmates with my brother!
I spent an evening photographing this event and I learnt one thing - how close this family is with each other. It is very hard to tell apart the cousins and the siblings and it is even harder to tell apart the in-laws and the blood relatives. Such was the love that was shared in the room. And I also saw how everyone (regardless of their age) respected their elders, with humility.
Love and gratitude flooded this celebration and it was an honor to get to be their photographer.
Praise the Lord who made this evening possible and for all HIs provision!
The Lord provided autos (on a day when everyone had difficulty booking but I didn't), clear skies (it was pouring and it started after I reached the venue) and for every other provision and protection.
Praise the Lord for everything!
