Best Friends Portraits- Reshmi, Nandhinee, Abinaya

What a day! It was one of those days that makes you go, "Wow" every time you think about it.  Today’s session was a BFF shoot and these sweet girls went to the same school as I. I hadn’t seen them in almost a decade but it felt like no time had passed. From the first hi to the last goodbyes our time together was filled with so much joy and laughter that it almost felt like we were back at school. Watching these girls interact with each other is probably one of my favourite things about today. Each dialogue they had among themselves was filled with so much love and care for each other and my heart was melting on the inside. They were incredibly sweet and so trusting! They were willing to do anything I asked of them and I'm so glad they did because that gave me so much creative freedom. Praise God I get to serve such sweet, trusting friends/clients. 

On the technical side of things, it’s been a long time since I had done a shoot that has challenged me so much. On any given day, a successful photoshoot is a miracle because there's about a million things that need to fall in place for a shoot to happen. And in addition to the usual list, this shoot had many extra factors that made it technically challenging. I was praying the entire time and one of my prayers when I was scouting the location was, "Lord please let no one park their vehicle here". 

Praise God that He didn't just make today happen, but made today perfect! From giving us the absolute best light and colors to making sure there was no vehicle parked in the spot I had prayed for, God gave me everything I asked for and so much more!
