Garden Family Portraits at Park, Semmozhi Poonga- The Roopsingh family

I met this sweet family earlier this month and I am so glad I did! They are one of the warmest happiest families who will make you feel so welcome and it was a lotta fun hanging out with them! Caroline and I were super nervous about the weather because the week leading up to the shoot was a rainy one. The day of the shoot, well let's say there were degrees of weather. We had a sunny morning then some clouds, then more sunshine and then it hit. Hugeeee grey clouds, out of nowhere. On my way to the session I had the sun and the clouds take turns. Though we were all ready for a rain shoot, I kept praying for sunshine because I wanted glowy light in my pictures and my God gave me exactly what I needed! We had a hugeee break and lots and lots of sunshine and I got exactly what I wanted. The boys were full of life and energy and the youngest was on on a sugar rush for the second half of the shoot because we had an ice cream break in between and it was the absolute bestttt! From the fake walking to swinging their youngest brother to Rio saying, "Eeeeeeee", my heart was full. I left the session grinning and so grateful for everything. Caroline is an amazing baker and she baked me a tub fullll of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and one of the first things I did after I went home was take a bite, lol. It was an amazing evening spent with beautiful people.
