Terrace Family Portraits- The Stephen Family

Someone once said, "If it is important to you, you'll find the time" and this family is a personification of that! 

Roshan was visiting the family for a couple of weeks, and everyone who has a family member living abroad knows how busy the visiting weeks can get. I always say that no one gets to breathe during the "visiting weeks," because that is how packed the schedule always is, and yet somehow despite such tight timelines, this family made it work and they did it with so much joy! 

They had not slept at all - Roshan had only reached Chennai early that morning and they had to go shopping so he could get an outfit for the shoot and they kept shopping until we found the perfect color. The reality was, in Ritika's words, "they did not have time to sleep" and yet, if I had not known the context, I would've never guessed otherwise. 

The entire family was so sweet and just so full of joy, very tired but you could never tell. They were so trusting and co-operative that we were flying through the poses and the session was filled with jokes and laughter. 

Praise God for the amazing weather! We had a bad forecast and I was praying ever so earnestly and God gave us the exact weather we needed! 

It was truly a beautiful evening and it could not have been more perfect!
