Terrace Family Portraits- The Ramesh Family

One of God's biggest blessings in my life is that He has filled my job with absolutely dearest people - people who don't just fully trust and co-operate but people who treat me like I'm their younger sibling and even get me precious gifts!

This sweet family is one of those blessings and I'm so glad I met them! From the very first conversation, the first follow up, Shruthi always stood out as someone who is very confident and very respectful. The more we talked the more precious she was. The days leading up to the shoot, she asked, "What can I do to make you more comfortable?" "What's your favourite snack/ beverage?"

Isn't that the sweetest ever?

But the day of the shoot was the best part - Shruthi's wide smile was only second to her daughter's even wider smile. Baby Viya is one of the cutest, sweetest, most well behaved, most co-operative six year olds I have ever had the pleasure of serving. She introduced me to her Barbie, her fridge magnets, gladly accompanied me to the terrace while telling me stories of what they would do on the terrace.

During the session, if I moved to adjust her mum's hair, she would quickly run, get a comb and comb her mumma's hair - just the sweetest! She even posed the family for a picture and it turned out so cute! I've added that to the blog - the black and white horizontal image of the siblings kissing their parents' is all Viya!

And it got even better when the rest of the family joined in! Uncle is almost 70, aunty is recovering from a foot surgery, Sreenath had to travel to Chennai from Bangalore and yet all they had were wide smiles and very warm attitudes. Anything I asked, anything I requested was met with a glad, enthusiastic yes!

Praise God for a very very beautiful evening! We had gorgeous light with the right amount of clouds, and it was just perfect! God made everything favourable for us and made today possible and perfect.

As the shoot ended and I was getting ready to leave, this sweet family also went further to help me pack my things. Shruthi had a beverage ready for me and as I was almost ready to leave,  she surprised me with a huge bag filled with gifts! She had noticed I already had a tote bag from my stories and had gotten me a backpack! Just the most thoughtful and precious.

I'm someone that loves gifts and chocolates and God didn't just give me a job that fills my heart, a job where I could do everything I absolutely love but He also fills my job with sweet sweet clients who treat me as their own and lavish me with gifts.

This blessing is not something I can describe fully in words.

Thank You Lord, for everything!
