When I met Rach three years ago I had no idea how special she was. Over the years I've discovered that Rach has one of the biggest hearts and is kind with a very unique sense of humor. She's extremely talented and she uses her art to bless her loved ones with beautiful handmade gifts.

Since the day I met her, this sweet girl has been one of my loudest cheerleaders. She has invested in my business every chance she got (literally every single chance which also included her sister's destination wedding!) and has always believed in me and encouraged me.

I was introduced to Jona and his family two years ago when we were all heading to Michelle's destination wedding (Michelle is Rach's sister) and that introduction is something I will never forget. It is very easy to be nice to a stranger. It is even easy to check on them every once in a while but what isn't easy is to accommodate a total stranger for an entire overnight train journey and to make them feel at home. From switching my seat from a different coach to theirs, to keeping me company the entire journey, this sweet family made me feel like I was one of their own. And they weren't alone. They were travelling with 15 or so of their church friends. But they still made the time and took the effort to keep me safe and comfortable. It wasn't just on the train journey, it was the entire trip.

So I know from personal experience that both Jona and Rach are kind sweet human beings but when they are together, it's magic. These two have the sweetest story filled with love and hope. I've heard the story from both Rach and Jona, and let me tell you, it is no coincidence. God brought these two beautiful souls together and even before they were married, they have been such a blessing to so many of us.

They had one of the most beautiful weddings a couple of weeks ago and it was truly a fairytale wedding. A wedding as beautiful as the bride and the groom and the wonderful bond they share. I had the honor of being a guest at their engagement and the wedding and their photographer at their reception and I loved every second of it.

One of the things that make Jona and Rach who they are, is the family that God has blessed them with. They have the most fun cousin/sibling gang who can easily get the whole hall laughing (certainly kept me laughing the entire evening!). They are also extremely talented and can keep you mesmerised with their music. The cousins and siblings also delivered very touching toasts that left everyone a little teary eyed. The toasts were so touching that though they were repeated (first at the wedding then the reception), they still made us laugh and cry the way they did the first time we heard it.

Praise God who made every single thing perfect-this celebration, the wedding and every day of their lives. He wrote this love story and it is more beautiful than any of us could have imagined.

Rach and Jona, it is an honor being your photographer and a greater pleasure to be your friend. I'm so happy for you guys and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you. May your marriage be filled with love and joy, may God always be the centre of your marriage and may your marriage be a blessing to so many more!

Here's to the newly wedded couple!
