Jeswin Finny

This shoot...this shoot just made its way into my portfolio of "good pictures at not so good locations" and man was it fun to shoot. Jeswin is my nephew and I hadn't seen him in years. The last time we properly spent time together was at the family reunion when we first met; yep you read that right. I guess having cousins you have no idea existed comes with the territory when you family is hugeeeeee!

Jeswin is an amazing singer and guitarist and I'm pretty sure, photoshoot on the road wasn't on his bucket list but...I gotta say, it was such a gooood experience. Lemme give you a peak into what happened that day in case you're wondering why I made my nephew pose on the road, lol! This shoot was a curveball, like the entire shoot. I had a location and had customised a set of poses that were perfect for Jeswin and the Café we were supposed to shoot in. But...the cafè was closed. And because the cafè was closed I had to find us alternate locations to shoot at and come up with poses, because all the poses prepped were perfect only for a cafè. I'm not complaining, like at all. The day was just such an adventure! From shooting in front of random people's compounds to shooting at the corner of a road, we did it all! Jeswin was such a good poser and the light was absolutely gorgeous! Praise God for every single thing; for keeping the gear and all of us safe and for an amazinggg day!
