"MCC can either make you or break you. It is upto you to decide which one" said Abel, one of our seniors on our very first day to MCC, at the end of our campus walk. He was right. I have seen MCC crush people and I have seen it push people further and make them shine the brightest they possibly could. It is all in the choices you make and I am blessed to have friends who make the right choices and push each other to shine brighter. This Friday we celebrated as one of my best friends officially became a post graduate. It wasn't just the actual degree that was the cause for celebration, it was her determination, her preservation, and her effort. It was her doing her masters and everything that went with it while still fulfilling her duties and responsibilities in her hall, department and home. From entering MCC as an almost quiet kid with a big heart, she is now a respected mighty senior with the biggest heart, who people love and no one deserves it more.
These roads are home. The roads have seen us laugh out loud; they have seen us run to each other and hug the life out of each other as we meet after a huge break; they saw us cry, they saw us fight and today we walked the same roads as one of us took a step closer to her academic dreams. To be there with Steffi on her very special day is such a blessing. The weather was perfect and MCC was stunning (as always). Praise God for everything. Steffi Joshua, Thank you for having me on your day. I love you and I always will. Here's to being one step closer to your dreams. Cheers.
This was us at our UG graduation in 2019 :)
