Harini's Bridal Shower

You know you're getting old when you've gone from celebrating your 10th grade results to throwing a bridal shower, lol! But then everyone somehow end up being two hours late to the party and you think to yourself, "Man somethings never change". When I say two hours late, I mean it quite literally. The party was a super last minute plan (but then since when are plans anything but last minute?) and we were scrambling to get everything together. But the important thing is not that we successfully managed to eat lunch at 4.00p.m or forget half the things needed for decoration, the important thing is that we made it. As late as we were, we managed to eat cake, dance and take pictures filled with loads of fake laughter. It was a beautiful day, one that was full of joy and laughter and one that reminded me of how blessed I am to grow up with people and to get to celebrate their big days with them.

Thank God for every single thing.
